The college has also installed a Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Power PV Plant with a capacity 70.29 kWp (DC). The project is completed with Sunprime Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd under RESCO Model (Renewable Energy Service Company Model) and is capable of generating approx. 87,500 kWh annually. This alternate source of energy will help reduce approximately 72 tonnes of GHG emissions annually. The surplus power of the plant will be transferred to the BYPL through Net Meter as per Net Metering Regulations of Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC).
